Building a strong work environment together
Dear colleagues,
A good work environment does not come about by itself. It requires clear communication, mutual trust and practical policies that support and motivate employees. This is what I would like to work for within the OR.
My name is Iwan Nijkamp and I work as a corporate recruiter at Zeton. My first introduction to Zeton was in 1999 through my then employer, Vedior. Since then, Zeton has played a constant role in my career. In 2018, I started as an interim recruiter at Zeton and in 2023 I joined the company permanently.
What makes Zeton special for me is the combination of challenging projects, strong mutual commitment and a work culture where you are valued for who you are. This aligns with my core values: seeing people in their power, creating connection and achieving results together.
Why the OR? - Change starts with yourself!
I believe that you can't just wait for others to improve things; you have to take the initiative yourself. That is why I am a candidate for the OR. By thinking critically and creatively, identifying bottlenecks and having constructive discussions, I want to contribute to a working environment in which employees have influence and in which open communication and cooperation are central.
Based on my experience, I would like to contribute to:
- Clear and open communication - everyone well informed and heard.
- Trust and cooperation - a strong and pleasant working atmosphere.
- Sustainable employability - staying healthy and motivated at work, now and in the future.
